To find out we sent our reporter, Rowbow, to Yeoville in Johannesburg, an inner-city neighbourhood of 40,000, two thirds of whom are immigrants from Angola, Botswana, Cameroon, DR of Congo, Ghana, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Somalia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
