Kaysha is a French Congolese singer, rapper and producer. Born Edward Mokolo Jr. in 1974 in Kinshasa, DR Congo, he moved to France with his parents at the age of seven. His first song 'Bounce baby', which contains a sample from Kassav's 'Oulé', introduced him to fans all over the world. This song was featured on his album 'I'm Ready'.

The album 'It's all love' was released through his own record label Sushiraw, and contains collaborations with Killah Priest (Wu Tang Clan). He produced songs for many African and Afro-Caribbean artists, including Passi, MC Solaar, Jacob Desvarieux and many others and is a well known artist himself in the zouk scene, regularly performing in Africa, the Caribbean and Europe.
