Harare, Zimbabwe![]() Snip away. Ouch! So what, you may ask? And we ask, why on earth aren't all countries doing this? We’re not kidding. Here’s what the World Health Organisation has to say: There is compelling evidence that male circumcision reduces the risk of heterosexually acquired HIV infection in men by approximately 60%. 60%! Did you know that? We didn't, until a few minutes ago. Why isn’t this being heavily promoted all over the world? It’s not 100%, but this is pretty #$*@ing high, don't you think? Promote this with condom use, and the results could be phenomenal. Anyone know why this isn’t happening everywhere? Drop us a comment, coz we have no idea. Here’s a BBC article about the programme.
