Lagos: A mega city becoming a mega slum PDF Print E-mail

Lagos is choking, it's bursting at the seams, and is in danger of turning into one giant slum.  

At the same time, a masterplan is being implemented to reverse the trend and make the city liveable (Click on "Read More" for vidz about this).

Which will prevail, out-of-control urbanisation or masterplan? For our money, we wouldn't right off Lagos just yet.
