UK based Ghanaian disc Jockey DJ Abrantee has just released 'The Afrobeats Mixtape Volume 1’ which features some of West Africa’s biggest Afrobeats artists including Wizkid, Ice Prince, D’banj, Cabo Snoop, Atumpan. Abrantee, who's known from his daily shows at Choice FM, collected 32 tracks altogether, including the most popular Afrobeat tracks of the moment and going into 2012, and a couple of exclusive tracks and remixes. The mixtape also contains kits and drops from the likes of Tinchy Stryder, Chipmunk, Lethal B and P-Square.
With many reputable global DJs now including an Afrobeats set during their club nights, the mixtape may well end up in their mixes and in the collections of Afrobeats fans around the world.
