When you're hot you're hot, and Elom Adablah, the Ghanaian rapper, Producer and new kid on the block better known as E.L., has been smokin' all year, dropping one club hit after another. We hadn't even heard of him until the appearance of that Gh Cypher vid for 4Syte's Music Video Awards last year. Impressed as we were, it wasn't until he turned up on U Go Kill Me, Sarkodie's Azonto summer hit (which E.L. also produced) that we really sat up and started keeping an eye on him.

Since then the collabos and singles have come thick and fast, particularly in the last couple of months. We have a feeling you're going to see E.L.'s name appear on several nomination lists come award time next year, but we're going to post some of the singles and collabos and let the music do the talking. If you're a fan of Azonto (or GH rap in general), you're in for a treat. The next three tracks are from E.L.'s forthcoming album.

Incidentally, C-Real (Cyril-Alex Gockel) is another impressive "new" emcee on the GH rap scene, so watch out for him as well (he's also in that Cypher vid). The track is from his forthcoming album The EmC.E.O. It dropped only last month and it's already a hit in Ghana, so high expectations for the album (While we're at it, check out the vid for I Be The Swag, the first single off from the album.)


Last but not the least is Gemini's banger Turn Your Backa, which along with E.L. (of course) also features C-Real. (E.L. is produced this, too).
