Minzani, the new album by former bad boy of Ugandan music, Bebe Cool

Riding high in the Ugandan charts right now is Ceaze & Sekkle, featuring Rema, by Bebe Cool (Moses Ssali).

It's the latest single off Minzani, the new album by former bad boy of Ugandan music Bebe Cool, now one of its most consistent and famous reggae artists, as well as one of its most decorated: 'Best Reggae Artiste/Group' several years in a row at the Pearl of Africa Music Awards.

Bebe Cool used to be strictly dancehall, but shifted some years ago towards reggae with a dancehall beat, so you can still wind to his music, which we like very much, and which we think you'll like too, so here, for your winding pleasure, are a few more from Minzani (three are free to download):

BEBE COOL LIVE IN LONDON
Bebe Cool is performing this Saturday, the 27th, at the Troxy Arena in London (at the afterparty of the 1st Ugandan Convention in the UK), a day of exhibitions and networking, followed by music and entertainment, for the Ugandan diaspora in the UK and for anyone interested in Ugandan business, or Uganda in general. If that sounds like you, and you're in London this weekend, get yourself down to the Troxy.

And, if you're in Uganda in October, the Minzani launch concerts are happening there on the 7th, 8th and 9th, so follow Bebe Cool on Facebook and Twitter for details.
