Speaking of booty shaking, if you're in London tomorrow night (Friday 16th) go shake it at Rich Mix in Shoreditch, Bethnal Green, 'cos the FOKN Bois are gonna rock the house from 8pm, and one thing that's pretty much guaranteed with this witty, eccentric, deliriously-politically-incorrect double-act is that it's gonna be crazy and surprising, and a you're gonna get to shake ya booty till you're drench in sweat.
For anyone yet to encounter this duo, the FOKN Bois are Wanlov the Kubolor and M3NSA the Magnificent, both highly-talented ("Best African Act" MOBO-nominated) Ghanaian artists who balance lyrical skills with satire and sarcasm in their own version of hip-hop known as pidgin rap.
They'll be in the house with BBC 1Xtra's DJ Edu, and DJs AJ Kwame, Volta 45 & AFRICATHY, so you're gonna be treated to a super funky selection of afrobeat, highlife, hiplife and afro-mashups.
